HD Series - Submersible Dewatering Pumps

◎ Description

Stanhope Gardens is a residential suburb in Sydney’s north-west, served by a shopping center and various leisure facilities. Among them, Eastbourne Park features walking paths, seating areas, and a natural pond where residents can walk, picnic, and relax. Given the fallen leaves, debris, and sediment at the bottom of the pond, the project uses two units of HCP HD Series submersible dewatering pumps, 50HD21.1 and 80HD23.7, mounted on floats to create a floating fountain system. The HD Series is equipped with High Chrome Alloy steel (HiCrFC) impellers for abrasion resistance. Its self-cooling design allows water to flow past the motor housing, helping cooling motor temperature and making the pumps suitable for continuous operation. The pumps and floats create a dynamic fountain while promoting water circulation, which can help improve water quality and enhance the park's landscape. Supplied by our partner, General Pumps Pty Ltd ‒ Penrith NSW, proudly celebrating 50 years in business and 30 years of supplying and servicing HCP pumps, this installation strengthens infrastructure reliability and supports sustainable development.
